The Moses-Akhenaten Identity

Friday 17 July 7pm - 8.30pm

with Nic Kollerstrom

We will look at the interaction between Egypt and the Hebrews during the glorious, golden age of Egypt: how monotheism began, created by the visionary pharaoh Akhenaten. He was exiled after only 17 years of reign, and we'll see how he then turned into Moses. We explore the thesis of Ahmed Osman, whereby Akhenatan had some Hebrew blood from his mother's lineage.

Nic Kolestrum spent a couple of years at Emerson College a long, long time ago then of late he has come back to appreciate Steiner's teachings. He was a math school teacher for some years and a research fellow at UCl for fifteen years. He's an author with an interest in Hermetic studies.
