Library

The library at Rudolf Steiner House supports the study and research of the work of Rudolf Steiner and the many branches of activities associated with anthroposophy. The library consists of a lending library, archive, and study space.

The library archive contains all Rudolf Steiner’s books published in English; a large selection of Steiner’s books in German, including a complete collection of Rudolf Steiner’s collected works; journals, typescripts and archive material relevant to the history of the Anthroposophical Society in the United Kingdom.

There is also a large selection from secondary anthroposophical authors, in particular, books relevant to courses held at Rudolf Steiner House. Most of the books, in English and German, are available to borrow from the library.

Membership

Membership of the library is open to everyone. Prospective borrowers who are not members of the Anthroposophical Society in Great Britain are asked to provide a reference.
