In his introduction to the Foundation Stone and in the lessons of the First Class of the School of Spiritual Science, Rudolf Steiner frequently drew attention to a three-fold progression or development in each group of verses. The Foundation Stone Meditation invites us to explore three practises which are related to the dynamic of Father, Son, and Spirit.

Tom Hart Shea is retired. He worked in education as a primary school teacher, researcher, and Head Teacher. In retirement he works in a voluntary capacity for a Hospice charity.
