As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, astrologer, seasoned meditator, and lifelong student of the I Ching, the Book of Changes, I have spent more than thirty years building a personal archive of dreams and developing a deep practice of dream observation and interpretation. For every dream recorded, I have consulted the I Ching for insight and guidance, weaving its ancient wisdom into my understanding of the dreaming mind.
My work approaches dream not simply as nighttime imagery, but as meaningful psychological and symbolic communications—messages that can illuminate personal growth, emotional balance, and life direction. Together, these traditions inform my approach to the symbolic language of the unconscious and have enabled me to guide others in uncovering the deeper meanings within their own dreams.
I am currently developing an adult sleep and narrative podcast for people who struggle with sleep. Drawing on my dream archive, these recordings are crafted to create a reflective, immersive listening experience that invites rest and recovery.
Alongside this contemplative work, I offer career transition coaching, leadership development, and change management consultancy. My tailored coaching and mentoring services range from executive coaching and work–life balance guidance to international mentoring programmes. In all of this, my aim is the same: to help clients navigate transitions, integrate personal insight, and achieve meaningful, lasting growth.
