| Clinical Hypnotherapist - Coach - Mentor • How to introduce dreams to the healing process • Carl Jung’s approach to dream awareness • Different types of dreams • Recording and interpreting your own Dreams As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I have spent more than thirty years collecting and recording a personal archive of dreams, developing a deep practice of dream observation and interpretation. My work explores dreams not simply as nighttime imagery, but as meaningful psychological and symbolic communications that can reveal insights about personal growth, emotional balance, and life direction. Alongside my work with dreams, I am an astrologer, a lifelong student of the I Ching (Book of Changes), and a seasoned meditator. These traditions inform my approach to understanding the symbolic language of the unconscious and have helped guide individuals in interpreting the deeper messages within their dreams. I am currently developing an adult sleep and narrative podcast designed for people who have problems with sleep. These recordings draw from my dream archive and are crafted to create a reflective, immersive listening experience that encourages rest and recovery My work includes career transition coaching, leadership development, and change management. I provide tailored coaching and mentoring services—ranging from executive coaching and work–life balance guidance to international mentoring programmes. The talk may start a few minutes after 2:00pm so please wait if you are not admitted immediately. Your audio and video will be switched off, but you may enter any questions in the continuous chat, which will be submitted to the speaker at the end of the talk. Video recordings of our talks will be uploaded onto our YouTube channel - but editing by our volunteer takes a good while.
