We ‘age’ from the minute we take on a physical human body at birth to the minute we discarnate. The physical effects of ageing are clear to us all – but what of the spiritual ? Do we actually get younger as we pproach the threshold of physical death ? And how can we best prepare for that great adventure in the spiritual world that is the ‘afterlife’ and repare for our next physical incarnation. Reincarnation is the epitome of metamorphosis which is about transformation of forms in which all hanges whilst maintaining a thread of absolute identity.

Patrick Dixon trained at RADA and is an actor, writer, poet and performer. He lives in London and gives frequent lectures, seminars and one man shows.
