Tuning Practices for Karma Research (Zoom)
Friday 9 February 7pm - 8.30pm
with Angus Jenkinson
Building on my earlier talk about karma as a science, and the presentations by others, this inquiry focuses on a practical approach to the work. It takes as fundamental that the practitioner, you or I, is key to the processes of karma discovery. How can capability and awareness be tuned up? This involves becoming aware of certain realities. There is an analogy with plant blindness, whereby sentiment, habit, and belief obscure awareness. Clear seeing proceeds by gathering and connecting clearly seen phenomena, visualizing the coherence, discovering essential principle(s), and uniting with reality, progressively, again and again.
Angus Jenkinson has been exploring the history of science for 5 decades and works as a scientific researcher and change or development designer in the field of social organization. He is a fellow of several professional bodies, an affiliated academic fellow, former professor, and an independent researcher at the Centre for Thinking Futures. He is a long-term practising student of Steiner’s scientific disciplines for knowledge.
All welcome, no need to book, no charge. Voluntary donations towards costs are gratefully received and can be made by transfer to a Nationwide account held for this purpose.
