Mandala: In Light of Self

We will be approaching the Winter Solstice which is a &me when we are called to turn within and connect to our inner light. During these sessions we will work on creating a mandala. The Mandala begins with a centre, then grows and expands from the centre. Concurrently the layers of expansion in relation to the centre also contract, and hold the centre. The effect unveils the Self radiating outwardly, illuminating and secure.
