Rudolf Steiner spoke of three gates or portals to the spiritual world which provide access for those who have travelled a suitable inner or outer path. The first may be called the Portal of Death, the second the Portal of the Elements, and the third the Portal of the Sun. (GA 157, 2 March 1915) 

Are Thoresen has described in detail his own journey towards and through the Portal of the Elements in his trilogy on the Northern Path.  

In this important talk, Are will describe from his own experience a fourth portal into the spiritual world which it is now possible for humanity to find and cross.
