Tuesday 25 April 6.30pm - 8pm

The practice and understanding of Eurythmy leads to harnessing its energy to develop inner balance, resilience and wisdom. Where does Eurythmy come from? What inspired Rudolf Steiner to develop it? What was his aim? A talk, conversation and exercises to begin the journey of discovery into the realms of Eurythmy.

Maria Norris has been a Eurythmy teacher and therapist for over 40 years (Dip 1982 London School of Eurythmy). She has worked in Anthroposophical institutions and primary schools as well as giving courses and workshops worldwide, carrying her private practice and, in the past, performing with various Eurythmy groups. She is also a Rogerian Counsellor and a Play Therapist. Her particular area of interest is meeting karma and developing core strength via Eurythmy.
