The Fifth Gospel

Tuesday 4 April 7pm - 8.30pm

with Brendan McQuillan

These Oslo lectures from October, 1913 (forming part of GA 148), were given by Rudolf Steiner to an audience from the newly formed Anthroposophical Society and are based on his insight into the Akashic Chronicle.

In his lecture on the Fifth Gospel in Cologne on Dec 18th, 1913, Steiner suggested the following image of Knowledge of the Mystery of Golgotha: when one observes the Mystery of Golgotha it is seen as an affair of the gods; as if for a brief season a window of the ever-closed house of heaven was opened for human eyes to look through as they passed by, and to see what otherwise is invisible behind the walls.

These lectures reveal remarkable scenes through this window that were not just visible but also recognizable to an initiate such as Steiner..

All welcome.
