The Grail in Wolfram's Parzival - CANCELLED

Sunday 29 March 7.30pm - 9pm
With Dr Andrew Welburn

A series of Friday Seminars and Lectures arising out of the work of Rudolf Steiner.

Whitsun is the event when the Disciples awaken to their individual responsibility now as Apostles. The story of Parzival is about such an awakening to destiny, and how the healing powers of the Grail are released by the initiative the hero takes. Examining our own lives and the legendary exploits of the Grail knights can lead us to a deeper understanding of destiny, and our ability to transform ourselves to meet the challenges of our time. This lecture forms part of the Whitsun Festival.

Andrew Welburn has been an academic in the fields of English Literature and biblical interpretation and history. A life-long anthroposophist, he has written several books on Steiner’s philosophy, esotericism and Christianity, and on the prophet Zarathustra

All welcome, no need to book. Suggested donation £5/£3
