Vedanta Evenings (Zoom)
Friday 30 June 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Come together to experience oneness in spiritual community. These sessions will be led by Laura Troupe who is a student of Sri Bhagavan, who has founded the International Vedanta Society. Laura will lead the chanting of some ancient Sanskrit mantras, followed by a spiritual discourse to cultivate the mind for introspection. Meditation will be silent or guided. These sessions aim to inspire people to excel on the path to Self-Realisation. These sessions will follow the structure of the IVS ashrams in India.
Everyone is welcome. From all walks of life.
