The Foundation Stone is performed in eurythmy - a form of movement that brings speech and sound to life on the stage. Mary will help us explore together how working with gesture and colour canmdeepen our experience of this meditation. No experience of eurythmy is expected or required - feel free to watch or join in.

Mary Watson is a eurythmist who works with a group to bring the Foundation Stone Meditation in eurythmy to others in the form of day workshops including performance, demonstration and simple exercises in both eurythmy and speech.
