Anthroposophy is a spiritual path for Westerners through which we can eventually become conscious in higher worlds. We all have the potential for this, and Anthroposophy brings a means of realising this potential. An inner training is necessary in which we must be both self-directed and acquire a well-developed sense of morality and compassion. These enable us to endure all the trials through which we must pass.

Inessa holds masters degrees in both Theoretical Physics and Therapeutic Education, and also spent 20 years in an international business career. She has been an active meditator for over 30 years and is a professional supersensible researcher.
