Remaining resilient in times of shift

Tuesday 16 May 6.30pm - 8pm

with Elizabeth Adalian

How can we hold on to ourselves in times of shift? Samuel Hahnemann, the discoverer of homeopathy, gave the definition of health as ‘being able to adapt to changes’. With a new paradigm setting in since the millennium, is this too great an expectation to ask or how can we find our resilience in times of change?

Elizabeth has been a practising homeopath for thirty years, has worked within the area of trauma and has the oversight of many years’ experience. She is author of ‘Touching Base with Trauma’ and recently received an ‘Excellence in Homeopathy’ award from Hpathy, a global internet journal.
